• "Service" means the Dewmor.com platform, including web and mobile applications.
• "User" means any individual or entity using the Service.
• "Account" means a registered user account.
• "Content" means any data, text, files, or materials uploaded by users.

By creating an account or using the Service, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old
• Agree to comply with these Terms
• Agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Dewmor.com is a SaaS platform accessible via web, iOS, and Android applications, offering digital tools and services to individuals and organizations.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

5.1 Registration

You must create an account to access the Service and provide accurate, complete information.

5.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of credentials
• All activities under your account
• Ensuring compliance with these Terms

5.3 Account Restrictions

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited
• You may not impersonate others

6.1 Pricing

• Subscription-based model (monthly and yearly plans)
• All listed prices are exclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST)
• GST at 18% will be added to all payments and shown on the tax invoice issued to you
• Business subscribers with a valid GSTIN may claim Input Tax Credit on the GST paid

6.2 Free Trial

• 14-day free trial
• No automatic billing after trial unless you manually subscribe

6.3 Payments

• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay)
• We do not store payment details

6.4 Renewals

• Subscriptions renew based on selected billing cycle unless cancelled

6.5 Refunds

• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy
• By purchasing, you agree to the Refund Policy

7.1 General

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
• Scrape, copy, or exploit platform data

7.2 Prohibited Content

You must not host, display, upload, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information through the Service that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right
• Is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, or racially or ethnically objectionable
• Relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling
• Is harmful to a child
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right
• Deceives or misleads the recipient about the origin of the message, or knowingly and intentionally communicates any misinformation or information which is patently false or untrue
• Impersonates another person
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence, or prevents investigation of any offence, or is insulting to any foreign State
• Contains a software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource
• Violates any law for the time being in force

This list reflects Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We reserve the right to investigate and take action for violations.

8.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all Content you upload.

8.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Legality of your content
• Accuracy and compliance

8.3 Limited Use

We only process your content as necessary to provide the Service and do not claim ownership or additional rights.

8.4 Notice and Takedown

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights or falls within section 7.2, write to our Grievance Officer at support@dewmor.com with the subject line "Content Takedown Request". Please include:

• Your name and contact details
• Enough detail to locate the content (workspace, task or file reference, and a link where possible)
• The specific ground under section 7.2, or the right you say is infringed
• A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate

We will handle your complaint on the following timelines:

• Acknowledgement within 24 hours, and disposal of the complaint within 15 days of receipt
• Within 24 hours for content in the nature of nudity, a sexual act, impersonation including morphed images, or exposure of private areas of an individual
• Within 36 hours of receiving a court order or a notification from an appropriate government agency, as required by Rule 3(1)(d)

We may remove or disable access to content pending review, and will notify the user who uploaded it where we are permitted to do so. If you believe content was removed in error, you may reply to the same address to have the decision reviewed.

All rights in the Service are owned by Combifer Technologies, including:

• Software and code
• Design, branding, and logos

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. Open-source components may be governed by separate licenses.

The Service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party functionality or downtime
• External content or policies

Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• Required by law
• Your account is inactive

You may terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination:

• Access to the Service will be revoked
• Data may be deleted in accordance with our policies

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation

The Service is not intended for critical uses, including medical, legal, or financial decision-making.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Combifer Technologies from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Internet outages
• Government actions

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
