One workspace vs. five Zoho products
To match what Dewmor does in one place, Zoho requires: Zoho Projects (tasks), Zoho People (HR), Zoho Cliq (chat), Zoho Meeting (video), and Zoho Learn (e-learning) — five separate subscriptions, five logins, five pricing tiers. Dewmor is one product with one bill.
HR inside your workspace
Monday, Asana, and Jira have no HR features at all. Dewmor includes employee profiles, leave management, attendance, onboarding checklists, and org chart — in the same workspace where work happens, not in a separate HR tool.
Built-in video calls
Dewmor ships WebRTC-based one-to-one video calls with screen sharing, local call recording, and meeting notes linked directly to tasks. Calls are two-person today; group calling is not supported yet. None of the tools in this comparison include calling natively — they all require Zoom or Google Meet as a separate tab.
Made for Indian teams
INR pricing, GST invoices for your subscription, and data practices built for the DPDP Act 2023. Monday and Asana bill in USD and have no India-specific compliance story.
A note on Jira
Jira is built for software engineering teams — sprint planning, bug tracking, and agile workflows. If your team is primarily developers, Jira is excellent. If you're running operations, logistics, HR, or a cross-functional team, it's a poor fit and significantly more complex to configure.
What Dewmor doesn't have yet
A mobile app, public REST API, webhooks, and third-party integrations are on the Q3 2026 roadmap. All tools in this comparison have these today. If these are hard requirements right now, factor that into your decision.
