Why We Built Dewmor — And What We Got Tired Of

By Kiran · Founder, Combifer Technologies

We built Dewmor because we were tired of our own tools.

Not because the tools were bad. Most of them were fine. Asana works. Slack works. Google Meet works. Drive works. Spreadsheets have worked for decades. These are good products built by smart teams.

The problem was never any single tool. The problem was that five good tools, used together, produce a system that doesn't work.

The coordination overhead — the time spent syncing, following up, and hunting for information — is the invisible tax that eats into every growing team. It's invisible because the work gets done eventually. But the hours spent on coordination instead of creation are hours you don't get back.

Before we wrote a line of code, we spent months talking to operations managers, founders, and HR leads across India. The same things came up again and again:

"I spend half my day following up on things that should just happen."

"By the time I know something is blocked, it's already a crisis."

"We have all the information. It's just never in the same place at the same time."

These weren't complaints about their teams. They were complaints about their infrastructure.

So we built Dewmor — an operations platform that brings tasks, approvals, chat, video meetings, e-learning, attendance, and analytics into one place. Not as a collection of integrated tools. As a single product, designed to work as one system.

If you're running a team that operates in chaos, we built this for you.
